Gratitude Sunday

Inspired by:  Wooly Moss Roots -Simply Joys of a Soulful Life Gratitude Sunday

{Sunday's heartfelt tradition. A time to slow down, to reflect, to be grateful. A list of gratitudes.}

This week I am thankful for:

A busy but fun filled week.

A great time with one of Ro's classmates and her family.   Roasting veggie dogs, vegan marshmallows and playing on the dunes, what could be better?

Lot's of time with loved ones.

Marshall's last day of work until August, woot!

Rowan's last day of Kindergarten, she had a great year with a great teacher.

SUMMER!!!

Adventures to come.

Zo, my sweet little four year old.

That when Zo got to pick anything she wanted for her birthday dinner, they picked eggs and pancakes!

Family time, family time, and more family time.

Kids books by Neil Gaiman, hooray!

Also, marble run...hours of fun...seriously I love that thing!

Birthday party fun.

A breakfast date with a dear friend.  It was so good to talk uninterrupted by the many brilliant questions of kids sometimes. Also, I am so craving that breakfast,  Cave Jaavy, if you haven't been go!

That there are sweet little babies in my life to cuddle! (And more on the way!)

The hug train.   No really, my kids request their traditional morning hug (this is like 10 minutes of cuddles), mid morning hugs (they really call it that, it is about 5 minutes of hugs), the rest of the millions of hugs are not titled but it's definitely cuddle town these days, and I will happily take it!

Ridiculously awesome kids.

Surprise treasure hunts from my mom for the kids on their Birthdays...So cool mom!

That even among threats and defamation life goes on and the love and support rolls in.

That the majority of people can spot a blatant lie.

So many great people who work tirelessly to help make our town a better place.   I can not wait until the south side of the coastal trail is done.

So many visitors coming to our lovely little town who appreciate mom and pop shops and love shopping in our sweet downtown.
