Grads, Dads, Teachers and Creatures too. We Got You Covered...

It's almost summer.  That means kids are graduating, school is almost over, Father's day is around the corner and Pippi's 5th Annual Sock Creature Contest is on the way. (woot!) 

Pippi's has great gifts for graduates, teachers and Dad. Come on down.  Don't forget to wear some sweet shades, or shady sun hats for those outdoor graduations.

Tomorrow when I come to work with my little ones I am going to let Rowan pick out socks for her teachers, I suspect to see rainbow and kitty socks but one can never tell. 

Also, if you or any young ones in your life want a small project for summer, guess what's back...Yes!  Pippi's Sock Creature Contest!   Entry Forms are now available at Pippi's get them now and start working on your sock creature, they are not due till July 19th so you have plenty of time!  Come to Pippi's and get inspired, we have sock creatures on display and if you don't want to use your own old socks pick out something new to create your sock creature with.

New at Pippi's this First Friday, Renagade Crafters!

We are trying something new this First Friday, I am pretty excited about it.  Being a crafty, artsy girl myself I know a few cool crafters...any how I thought why not offer Pippi's as a spot to show off their wares to our community.  So this Friday is our test run.  Come check out some local hand spun yarns, jewelry, accessories, and who knows what else.

We will of course have yummy cookies for all and socks galore.

It's Pippi's 7th Birthday!

Memorial day weekend 2006 we opened our doors and have loved opening our doors every day since.

So thank you to our loyal customers, we would not be here with out you.

In celebration we are having a store wide sale Friday - Monday come in for 15% off your entire purchase.  Also starting Saturday we will be giving away gifts with any purchase over $25 (while supplies last) and will have sweet treats for all.

Here is a little flash back, pictures from my first year in business...we have come a long way!

Well I Guess It's Been Seven Months!

So....It's been a while. My last post was in October, that's not good. Or maybe it is good.  Pippi's had a nice busy Holiday, I have spent lots of time with my two sweet kids, and I guess I just let the blog slip to the wayside. (I even had half written drafts that I never posted).

It's a new day.

I am going to start working on my blog agin.   I better kick this off with a Pippi Post:

Veggie socks are all the rage this spring.

It is Spring going on summer and we have a lot of new colorful socks, leggings, scarves and handbags.

A brand new sock line for men and women, Sperry Top-Sider.  This line is fun, cushioned and comfy!

Leggings are perfect for Fort Bragg weather, and we have lots! Come in to check out our variety.

The Hue dotty capri is my personal favorite.

And my dear local shoppers, it is almost summer time. That means sunshine (after fog) and beach/river days, farmer's market and tourist season! 
At Pippi's we so look forward to seeing all of our annual visitors,
(you know who you are we can't wait to see you, hear about how your year has been, and help you replenish your sock drawer!)
But, I know that sometimes driving and parking downtown is a pain for locals who are used to having the town to themselves for most of the year, so come downtown soon locals, re-stock your summer sock drawer before downtown starts bustling! Still, please don't stay away all summer, we will miss you too, and you will miss cool stuff at Pippi's.
