{Sunday's heartfelt tradition. A time to slow down, to reflect, to be grateful. A list of gratitudes.}

This week I don't feel like I have a lot of words, or maybe I just don't feel like using them so in few words and pictures...

This week I am grateful for:

A hero.

Sweetness.

Rainy days and little helpers.

My husband and our little family.

Relaxing at the end of the day with Dag.

Sweet kids and their imaginary worlds.

Family, a phone call with my sister, and birthday gatherings.

Family, and my mom, and my kids, their love for their Gaga (and Baba not pictured.) And a date with my man.

So thankful for so much, but this week mostly family, and safety, and our town.

This week I am grateful for:

Carving out some time to craft.

Being serenaded with love songs by my kids before I leave for work.

Good talks with my mom.

Chalk art.

My two artistic kids.

More eggs from our chickens now that the days are getting longer.

My family.

Friends who listen.

Rowan and Zo reminding me to stop and say what we are thankful for each day.  I love hearing their gratitudes.

My dear hard working, busy husband, he is always doing something for us to make our days go smoothly.  He just prepped all of our salad veggies for the week!
He also hit the 100,000 word mark on his book this week!!!

Awesome employees at Pippi's.  Not only do they take good care of the shop, but they are also just plain wonderful.

Getting busier at Pippi's.

{Sunday's heartfelt tradition. A time to slow down, to reflect, to be grateful. A list of gratitudes.}

This week I am grateful for:

A lovely week with my friends and family.  I am feeling so grateful for the friends in my life this week.  I have found as an adult with a business and a family sometimes maintaining friendships can be hard for me; and I am happy to be reminded of how important friendship is.

Feeling loved and appreciated.  It was my birthday this week, I don't usually do much for myself or draw to much attention to my day, but my family and dear friends were very thoughtful and sweet, and with Facebook so many people reached out and sent me well wishes, it was quiet wonderful.

For these two loves doing so many heartfelt things for me.

These two are the sweetest!

For my mom helping the kids with their big secret surprise, a beautiful cake.

For my dad coming over on my birthday, and making me feel so special.

Love my Dad <3
For beautiful days spent with my kids.

For time in the garden.

For thoughtful friends.

For people accepting each other for who they are and where they are at.

For little things, like finding special stones in the garden.  And watching bees and butterflies with the kids.

For slowing down, and being later to work than I wanted, so I could read the kids a book they wanted to hear.

For music. And for my new happy song.  We have been dancing and clapping to it all week.

For art and creativity running free at home, it feels so good.

For all the local customers who keep us going during these less touristy months.

{Sunday's heartfelt tradition. A time to slow down, to reflect, to be grateful. A list of gratitudes.}

This week I am grateful for:

Painting a rainbow on Pippi's window.  Not only do I enjoy painting our shop windows, but I feel so happy when I look at it.

Another day of rain and enjoying my time in it with the kids.

Mud pies.

Sunshiny bike ride days.

Swimming with the kids.

Communicating.

Intense hugs.

New spring leggings.

Make believe.

A new washing mashing (ours was nothing but trouble, after only 18 months, trying to have it fixed and then it shredding my clothes...I was done.)   Canclini Appliance locally was wonderful, I highly recommend them.

A day of work in the yard with my husband.

Getting ready for spring.

Morning cuddles.

Play, play, play.

For things feeling right.

For turning 34 this week and loving and appreciating my life more as I age.

For being blessed with wonderful parents, siblings, and my lovely little family too.
